FAQ: Feedback

What type of accessibility does your transport have?

This depends on the type of transport required. Small vehicles have rear entry ramps, slightly larger vehicles suitable for up to 12 passengers have ramps or mini lifts in the centre part of the vehicle and other transport has rear or rear side entry with lift facilities.

How accessible are your wheelie tours?

Wheelie tours take you along routes that are mainly level surfaces with easy to cross kerbs. We cannot guarantee that all port destinations offer the same degree of accessibility but we will inform each client about access depending on individual needs.

I need the bathroom/toilet, can the guide show me where facilities are?

Yes. Each guide is aware of venues such as cafes that have accessible and adapted facilites and that are on, or near to, the route that you are following. When on your own look for a MacDonalds, they always have the required facilities. The key factor is to remember that the facilities in Spain may not be the same as in your own country and that standards do vary from one venue to another.
